The Process
Preparing Your Estimate
- Call or email Landmark Exteriors to request an estimate. Someone on our staff will get back to you within 24-hours.
- Either Scott Teed, president, or Hans Van Der Meulen, operations supervisor, will answer your questions and discuss your needs.
- Depending on your project's needs, Scott or Hans will visually evaluate your home or pick up your architect's plans.
Getting Started
- Within three business days, a detailed proposal will be prepared for you. This all-inclusive proposal includes a complete description of the work to be done and the estimated cost.
- Once you accept the proposal, a start date is scheduled.
Completing Your Project
- Scott or Hans supervises the project until its completion.
- Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Period.
